How to solve the error

  • Open control panel.

  • Open power options.
Can’t SHUTDOWN Windows 10
  • Click the “ Choose what the power button does” option on the left side.
Windows 10 go to Always hibernate/sleep mode
  • Click the “ Change settings that are currently unavailable “.
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005).Click ok to close the application.
  • Deselect all Values in Shutdown settings.
System getting on while pressing any key to the keyboard.
  • Click “save changes “ button.
