How to solve the error

  • Open control panel.
CPU Always ON Condition
  • Select the "Devices and Printers "
ADOBE PHOTOSHOP IMPORT OPTION SCANNER ERROR MESSAGE DISPALYED
  • Select the particular error scanner.
  • Right-click and select “ remove device “ that scanner.
  • Restart the system.
  • Reinstall the scanner driver and software.
  • Restart the system.
